I preach a Gospel not of despair but of hope for the individual, hope for society, and hope for the world.

“We hope to continue property acquisition in this area so we can keep building a small number of homes in between the larger projects.”

“To see these people over there by the thousands by the tens of thousands, they've lost everything, they've lost all their hope they've lost all their homes.”

“I'm hoping someday that some kid, black or white, will hit more home runs than myself. Whoever it is, I'd be pulling for him.”

“We hope that at some point, either the housing department will build new homes or that a private person will buy the land to build a new house.”

“But they've just taken that out now so we're hoping it won't be too long before we can take her home,”

“We are continuing to learn from each match. We hope to carry these things in to our next match, which is at home on Tuesday afternoon.”

But here, two thousand miles from home, there was a real shipwreck, a real hope. A choice big enough to change our lives forever.
