My own experience being bullied - it made me a more compassionate person. It made me more sympathetic to the adolescent experience.

A good part of my leadership skills is crafted from learning from experiences early in my career that were not positive experiences.

Why is it when we have a bad experience with a product, we assume it is us, but a bad experience with food, we blame the food?!
