I loved Monty Python for the wordplay--this sense that you didn’t have to squash your intelligence to be funny. In fact, you could walk right into your intelligence and nerdiness and self-doubt, and that could be funny.
“I think it's funny. [on a T-shirt which read 'I”
“That is funny. Of course, the bigger scoop will be if we hear something from Jesus .”
“Funny ... it didn't click or resonate with me at first. I did research on it.”
“It's funny that this research got started by something we didn't see.”
“It's crazy and it's funny. It's an outrageous comment, an outrageous claim.”
“If you're going to tell people the truth, be funny or they'll kill you.”
“It's funny the city treats these trees the way they do. They are assets to the city.”
“It's a funny thing, the more I practice the luckier I get”
“That is the best - to laugh with someone because you think the same things are funny”
