When we talk about our problems, we create more of them. When we talk about solutions and positive responses, we create more solutions and positive responses.

When I've had hard times in my life, the one thing about being in TV is that it's positive. I withdrew to 'Cheers,' it was familiar in that it was family. It had a kind of realistic positiveness to it.

When did the word 'compromise' get compromised? When did the negative connotations of 'He was caught in a compromising position' or 'She compromised her ethics' replace the positive connotations of 'They reached a compromise'?

“We're in a pretty good position. Teams have to beat us.”

“It's confirmed positive that she died from bird flu.”

“We have just received the results (from the WHO) and they are positive.”

“We had three players on the starting offense out of position.”

“I really do not take one position over another,”

“This being our first year, there have been positives and negatives.”

“We decided to do something positive instead of just mourning.”
